Mr. Sammy Ben Hammond is an accomplished Information Technology and Systems professional with over 15 years of experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors. As Managing Partner of ShrinQ Limited, he has spearheaded the successful implementation of mission-critical enterprise solutions, including ERP systems, cloud-based platforms, and cybersecurity deployments, for some of Ghana’s most prominent organizations. Under his leadership, ShrinQ has delivered transformative technology projects that have redefined operational efficiency for its clients, from large-scale government digitization programs to bespoke financial technology solutions for enterprise firms. Sammy’s expertise spans project management, IT systems integration, business operations, and stakeholder engagement, enabling him to consistently deliver innovation that aligns with organizational goals. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing and Information Systems from the University of Wales and professional certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and ITIL Foundation, Sammy blends technical proficiency with strategic business insight. He is a member of the IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and the International Council on Archives (ICA).
